Most of the products do not come with a warranty but included in our exchange policy within two days, however, if it’s under warranty then it will be separately mentioned with the product.
Yes, you have to separately mention open parcel permission in your order notes and for that special permission, you need to provide your Nic number in order notes. This service will not be provided without Nic number
You can cancel or change the order within 24 hours of placement. After that to cancel the order you need to pay 500 rs. cancellation fees
For those who refuse parcels on their doorstep (without any genuine reason) or give fake addresses or do not pay our delivery charges on cancellation after 24 hours, we fully reserve the right to either sue or publically name and shame fake buyers. They’ll be added to our fraud list. We have a very strong policy against fake buyers
We offer an exchange within 2 days of complaint after the date of receiving if the product is not as a picture or as described
